Education serves to liberate and promote equality of opportunity. If Education is not based upon research and evidence, then it runs the risk of being based upon dogmas, theories, ideologies and the like. Law plays a significant role in everyday life of a common person. It affects him socially, economically and politically. But there exists huge lacunae in legal education as it does not deal significantly with practical aspect of law.
With this objective in mind a two-days Faculty Development Programme is being organized by Haldia Law College. This programme will help participants to upgrade their knowledge and skills, training them in innovative teaching and legal research methodology in achieving competitive teaching & learning environment and channelize development with respect to academic qualification.
