Bashudeb Guha

He has done his Graduation in Law (B.A.LL.B (Hons)) from Midnapore Law College, Vidyasagar University with 1ST Class (73.8%) and completed LLM from Haldia Law College with 2nd Class (59.41%) in 2012. He has qualified the All India Bar Examination (BCI). He also published academic articles in various International and National Journals. Before joining Haldia Law College, he worked as Assistant Professor in JRSET College of Law. His areas of interest are Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Environmental Law and Criminal Laws. He joined Haldia Law College as an Assistant Professor in Law from 22nd of August, 2017.
