Haldia Law College (HLC), established in 2002 under the humble patronage of Dr. Lakshman Seth, D.Litt., stands as one of the pioneer institutions in the field of law in this country. As an institution of the Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education (ICARE), it is affiliated with Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, and approved by the Bar Council of India.
The academic foundation of Haldia Law College is built on the principles, ethics, and morals in the purest sense.
