The dynamic and vibrant Moot Court Society of Haldia Law College is an intrinsic part of our institution. Keeping in mind the vision of our Hon’ble Chairman Sir, the Moot Court Committee of HLC plays a pivotal role in shaping the practical legal skills and acumen of our students, providing them with a platform to hone their advocacy skills and presentation abilities. The Moot Court Society of HLC, dedicated in the name of Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of India and former Additional Solicitor General of India Late Rupinder Singh Suri, strives to provide a platform to students to inculcate and build their advocacy skills. The Society conducts training programs and workshops regularly, honing drafting and argumentation skills of nascent legal minds. It regularly organizes, through its faculty and students body, various internal moot court competitions, thereby enabling students to participate in intra and inter college moot court competitions organized both nationally and internationally.
