Mrs. Labanya Rani Sarkar

Mrs. Labanya Rani Sarkar is presently associated with Haldia Law College, affiliated under Vidyasagar University as an Assistant Professor of Law. Mrs. Sarkar has joined this institute in the year 2017. She has done her Graduation in Law, B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from Haldia Law College under Vidyasagar University in 2013 and also obtained her LL.M. Degree with specialization in Business Law, from Haldia Law College in the year 2015. She has cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) conducted by the Bar Council of India. Mrs. Sarkar has also published various research articles in various Journals of National and International repute, including UGC approved journals and edited books. She has also participated and presented various research papers in many National and International seminars, workshops, and conferences across the country. Her areas of interest are Banking Law, Insurance Law, Company Law,Law of Torts, Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Family Law and Property Laws.
