Mr. Bashudeb Guha

Mr. Bashudeb Guha has done his Graduation in Law, B.A.LL.B. (Hons), from Vidyasagar University in 2010 and completed LL.M. with specialization in Environmental Law, from Haldia Law College in 2012. He has qualified the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) conducted by the Bar Council of India. Mr. Guha has also published academic articles in various reputed International and National Journals, including UGC approved journals and edited books. He has also co-authored a book on “Fundamentals of Indian Food Laws (Vol.-1)”. He has also participated and presented papers in many National and International Seminars, workshops and conferences across the country. Mr. Guha, presently, is serving Haldia Law College as an Assistant Professor in Law since August, 2017. Before joining Haldia Law College, he served as an Assistant Professor in JRSET College of Law, Chakdaha, Nadia. His areas of interest are Environmental Law, Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Family Law and Criminal Laws.
