Mr. Nirupam Bhattacharya

Mr. Nirupam Bhattacharya completed his B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Haldia Law College under the Vidyasagar University in 2015. He also completed his LL.M. with a specialization in Business Law from Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri Law College under the Calcutta University securing First Class marks (64.2%) in 2018. He has number of publications in various reputed National and International Journals etc. His areas of interest include the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C), Company Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Moot Court Practice & Procedure.
